Paralegal (Full Time)
Capital Law has a vacancy for a full time paralegal/legal assistant in the employment team.
This role will involve working alongside our team of employment specialists dealing with a range of issues relating to employment law but primarily focusing on preparation for Tribunal litigation. Experience in immigration would be desirable but is not essential to this role.
You should either be LPC qualified and or ILEX (full or part) qualified with work experience in a legal environment.

Financial Controller (Full-time, 37.5 hours per week)
Capital Law is a growing business, in the midst of a significant expansion phase. We are currently looking for a Financial Controller to lead the central finance team. The successful applicant will report directly to the Managing Partner and have overall responsibility for all the accounting functions of Capital Law and its associated businesses.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant (ICAEW, ACCA, CA) with line management experience. A commercial background with strong financial management experience is essential, preferably within the legal field. Accuracy and attention to detail are imperative, as well as confidence in communicating at all levels in order to manage expectations and maintain effective working relationships.
